License Deactivation & Revocation
Upon processing your refund, your associated license key and machine activations will be automatically deactivated and marked as refunded on the Keygen licensing authority. Your workstation will revert to Free Trial or unactivated state.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, submit a request via our Support Form or email us directly at [email protected] with:
- The email address used during purchase.
- Your order reference number or checkout receipt ID.
- A brief note describing why HairStorm was not suitable (optional, but greatly appreciated to improve the software).
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, funds typically reflect on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Renewals & Subsequent Periods
The 14-day guarantee applies to all initial license purchases. For subscription renewals, refund requests submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge will also be honored in full.
