How does the 1-year license work? Does it auto-renew?
Every paid license provides 1 full year of access with no automatic renewals or subscription rebills. You pay once for the year. When your 1-year term expires, there are no surprise charges; if you want to continue using HairStorm, you can simply re-buy a new license whenever you choose.
How do I recover my license key?
Enter your purchase email in the customer portal and you will receive an instant magic link to view your active license keys, status, and machine bindings.
Does HairStorm work offline?
Yes. Once your license key is activated online during initial launch, HairStorm runs completely offline on your workstation for daily production work.
How are refunds handled?
All purchases are backed by our 14-day refund policy. If HairStorm does not fit your workflow, request a refund within 14 days and your license will be refunded to your original payment method.
